Now for the fun part! I’ll help you create a “wish list” of everything you’re looking for—not just in your new home, but also in your ideal community. I’ll match your must-haves with your budget, then use my local expertise and network of industry professionals to help you find a place that truly fits your lifestyle and goals.

Offer

Make an Offer and Negotiate

You’ve found “the one” and you’re ready to make an offer! I’ll help you formulate a fair, data-driven purchase offer based on in-depth market analysis and prepare the necessary purchase agreements. From there, I’ll use strong negotiation skills to guide you through contingencies and help ensure you don’t pay more than necessary. And if the first offer doesn’t work out, I’ll already have a clear game plan ready for the next opportunity.

Inspect

Conduct a Property Inspection

Once your offer is accepted, you can choose to move forward with a home inspection. If you do, I’ll arrange for an independent, licensed inspector to thoroughly assess the property’s condition. A home inspection is a valuable step because it can uncover issues that aren’t visible during a standard walk-through, and it also serves as an important tool during negotiations.

If any concerns come up, I’ll work with you to review the findings and determine the best way to proceed. You’re getting close to the finish line, and I’ll help you make sure you move forward with confidence—not unexpected headaches.

Approve

Get Final Financing Approval

This part can get a bit complex, but I’ll make sure the final stages of your loan approval feel clear and manageable. I’ll closely monitor the progress of your transaction and keep you informed of any funds or requirements that may come up along the way. I’ll also coordinate directly with your lender to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed as we move toward a smooth and successful closing.

Congratulate Yourself on Your New Home!

Making it through escrow can feel like a mountain of details, but the view from the top is absolutely worth it. You can expect to sign a number of documents along the way, and I’ll guide you through each step to make the process as smooth as possible. A few days before closing, we’ll complete a final walk-through to ensure everything is in order. Then, once all closing documents are signed, the keys are yours—and we’ll celebrate your new home and your next chapter!
